Alice Medlock is a life long resident of Crawford County, Arkansas and a full time professional Realtor. She grew up on a farm just north of Mulberry, Arkansas and from these roots came her love and working knowledge of rural Crawford County and surrounding areas. In 1994 she entered the Real Estate arena, after having spent 25 years in business for herself. She spent the first seven years of her real estate career with one of the world's largest real estate franchise companies and racked up virtually every award the organization awarded. From her first year in the business she was ranked in the top 2% of the organization's agents, worldwide.
In January, 2001, she and her assistant of four years, Jerry West teamed up and opened MEDLOCK & WEST REALTY LLC. Alice is licensed in ARKANSAS and OKLAHOMA and is the principal Broker of MEDLOCK & WEST REALTY. Her dedication and commitment to customer service, combined with her knowledge of the area, makes buying or selling a home so easy for her customers and clients.

In 2003, Alice was awarded the DIAMOND AWARD of EXCELLENCE, the highest level of achievement given by the Arkansas Realtors Association, and has maintained that status consistently through 2009. She has been the top producer in Crawford County for fourteen years.
MEET MY PARTNER, JERRY WEST
Jerry West knows what is to serve the public. He is a Vietnam Veteran and served the public as a fireman for the Fort Smith Fire Department for 30 years. Jerry is Alice's business partner and Executive Broker for the company. He and his wife Cheryl have three children and nine grandchildren.
Jerry entered the real estate field in April 1997 and began to assist Alice shortly thereafter. He stays informed on every listing and pending sale Alice is working on and is readily available to assist the buyers and sellers. Jerry's dedication and professionalism has enabled Alice to concentrate on marketing and selling and at the same time give the excellent service Alice feels every client deserves.
