I was living in Kingsville, TX assigned to the SROTC department at TX A&M U Kingsville when I got orders to move to Fort Smith, AR within 60 days. I went with Medlock & West Realty initially because of their web site. The other sites didn’t tell me enough about the properties that I was interested in. The Medlock & West site let me do all my house hunting on-line without having to talk to anyone until I was ready. The web site was very informative and user friendly and Alice takes all the photos herself. I e-mailed the company and received a phone call from Alice Medlock within 24 hours. I drove up from TX and Alice personally drove me to every house that was listed that met my needs. This was my 1st home purchase and Alice was more than helpful. She was harder on inspecting the house than I was. It was like she was buying he house for herself. Alice also got me in contact with right people so my VA loan and financing went through without any problem. Alice is very tenacious when it comes to finding what you want when you want it. The question is. If I were to buy another house would I go through Medlock & West Realty? Without a doubt.
